3 Knucklehead Rub
Caro, Jack and Moxy are the foundation of this masterful rub. While the three of them can be knuckleheads at times, each of their unique personalities come together to form a perfect pack when they are together. Drawing from our 3 knuckleheads as inspiration, this rub combines the flavors of French Roast coffee, Mexican Chocolate and chili’s to make a one of a kind rub. Use this rub on Tri-Tip, London Broil, Rib Eye Steaks, Salmon or Pork Chops.
Our favorite for 3 Knucklehead Rub is to wet a Tri-Tip roast with Worcestershire Sauce then coat the meat with 3 Knucklehead Rub. Place in a sealed bag or non-metallic dish for up to 24 hours. Grill over medium high heat until the internal temp is about 125 degrees for rare, 145 medium and 155+ for well done Tri-Tip Dinner!
